Because our products are made to order and many are personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect model choice.
Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nevestogear.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement if approved.
We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items unless they are defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
